
For a time, I’ve been quiet in blogging and slow with movement. Do-it-yourself mold remediation can do that. Miscarriage can do that.
Now we are, like many, preparing for the holiday season.
I am doing a lot of crafty things, as I am finishing the renovation aspect of mold remediation in my younger children’s room. Above, is our sanitized trampoline, that I removed the ripped cover off of and am slowly transforming into a hopefully-beautiful play piece for their room.
And using it in the middle of the night, while I wove fabric between the springs and measured the new cover I am making for it.
As we move towards the holidays, are you staying mindful of your alignment, of being more dynamic in how you move, and moving more?
Take 15 minutes right now and do a door hang with your shoulders relaxed away from your ears, or walk around the block, or jump on a mini trampoline. Or squat to cut your veggies for your next meal, on a coffee table or other low surface, rather than the kitchen counter! There are some many different things we can be doing. Let’s do those different things, for our health.
