Walking to explore and study nature is just one of many reasons to get outside!
Walking out doors really should be very little about “exercise,” as there are SO many other beautiful reasons to be out of doors more and more.
We are not only a family that focuses on dynamic movement and health from moving more while in alignment, we are also a family that learns from home through Charlotte Mason methods and philosophy.

Which means nature walks, exploring nature and studying the interesting things we find within this beautiful, created world.
Have you taken a nature walk recently? What are some of the interesting things you’ve found and explored?
I want to encourage you to go out on a nature walk today – whatever day you are reading this. When you get indoors after at least 15 minutes outside, journal your findings. It could be sketches or just writing it out. And then try it again the next day. Try it for one whole week!
Contact me and tell me how the rhythm of a daily nature walk was for you. I’d love to hear from you!
